17 नवम्बर 1913 को बांसवाड़ा साक्षी रहा था एक ऐसे जनसंहार का जिसमें 1500 आदिवासी लोगों पर गोलियां दागी गई थी जिसमें से 329 मारे गए थे | ये जनसंहार अंग्रेजों द्वारा किया गया था | इस जनसंहार को राजस्थान का “जलियांवाला बाग” कहा जाता है | ये आदिवासी मानगढ़ की चोटी पर एकत्रित हुए थे जो कि राजथान-गुजरात सीमा
