img_9244भुवनेश ओझा एक ऐसा नाम है जिसे उदयपुर शहर में अब हर कोई पुकारवाला के नाम से जानता है, 21 अप्रैल 1995 को जन्में विज्ञान में स्नातक इस महान युवक ने हर रविवार को पौधारोपण करने की शपथ ले रखी है। “पुकार” नामक संस्था चलाने वाले भुवनेश ओझा ने मोहल्ले के 5 बच्चों के साथ मिलकर इस संस्था की स्थापना 10 मार्च 2013 को करी थी | 10 नवम्बर 2013 से हर रविवार पौधारोपण करते हुए 150 रविवारों का लक्ष्य पूरा करने की ओर अग्रसर इनकी संस्था पार्कों में पौधारोपण करने में हर रविवार को तन-मन से लग जाती है | जिस उम्र मे अक्सर कॉलेज के लड़के फूलों के गुलदस्ते देने के लिए नए मित्रों को खोजते है यह इंसान इसी उम्र मे पौधा लगाने के जमीन खोजता नजर आता है, कॉलोनी के बच्चों को शामिल करने की मुहिम के चलते कई बार बच्चों के अभिभावकों का गुस्सा भी झेलना पड़ा लेकिन साहब, जनाब ने हिम्मत नहीं हारी ।

आयुर्वेदिक और अरावली पर्वतों की वृक्ष श्रंखला पर विशेष ध्यान देते हुते “पुकार” सभी नागरिकों को प्रकृति के संरक्षण का सन्देश देने के लिए प्रयासरत है |भुवनेश का मानना है कि पर्यावरण की इस दयनीय स्थिति के ज़िम्मेदार हम सभी नागरिक हैं | नागरिक पर्यावरण संरक्षण से दूर होते जा रहे हैं और जैव विविधता पर मंडराते खतरे के लिए कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाये जा रहे हैं, इसी बात से प्रेरित होकर यह संस्था बनाई गई जिससे कि इस ओर कदम उठाकर सभी को प्रेरित किया जा सके |

कुछ बातें सभी के लिए बहुत चैलेंजिंग होती हैं | भुवनेश का कहना है कि उन्होंने भी ऐसे पलों का सामना किया | 18 वर्ष की आयु में उन्होंने कोटा से IIT की तय्यारी करी और फिर अपने शहर उदयपुर में ही वे अपने सपनों को साकार करना चाहते थे | इस समय सभी उनके खिलाफ थे और उन्हें समझाने में जुटे थे क्योंकि यह एक बहुत बड़ा कदम था | सबकी बातें सुनने के बाद भी उन्हें अपने अन्दर एक कमी खल रही थी और इसलिए काफी जद्दोजहद के बाद वे अपने सपनों को पूरा करने के प्रयास में जुट गए |

21कठिनाईयां भी आई क्योंकि युवा विद्यार्थियों के साथ काम करने में सबसे पहली मुश्किल पैसे की आती है | फिर कार्य को प्रारम्भ करने में कई फैसले लेने होते हैं जिनमें काफी असमंजस की स्थितियां कार्य में रुकावट डालती हैं | इस स्थिति में दृढ़ निश्चय ही काम आता है | अपने इस कार्य को सफल बनाने के लिए कार्यों को टीम बनाकर बांटा गया और सभी ने अपनी अपनी जिम्मेदारी के हिसाब से कार्य करना प्रारम्भ किया |

भुवनेश के हिसाब से तीन ख़ास बातें हैं जो सफलता के लिए आवश्यक हैं |

सपनों और वास्तविकता के बीच के अंतर का पता पूर्ण रूप से हो, जुनून, जज़्बा और लगातार सपनों पर टिके रहने का कौशल होना चाहिए और धैर्य रखना अति आवश्यक है |

उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया को सही तरीके से इस्तेमाल करने पर भी जोर दिया क्योंकि आजकल मीडिया के माध्यम से आप अपने कार्य को जनता तक पहुंचा सकते हो |भुवनेश के प्रेरणा स्रोत “पीपल बाबा” हैं जो कि दिल्ली के पर्यावरणविद हैं और पिछले 40 वर्षों से लगातार पौधारोपण का कार्य कर रहे हैं |

सफलता के स्रोत समझाते हुए भुवनेश ने दिल को छूने वाली बात कही “अगर आपका कल ही अंतिम दिन हो, तो आप क्या करेंगे ? अपने सपनों को हकीकत बनाने के लिए आज ही उठें और सफल होने के बाद अपने परिवार,समाज और जड़ों को कभी ना भूलें, जहां से आपने चलना, खाना व दौड़ना सीखा है क्योंकि आपकी इसको सबसे ज्यादा जरूरत है”

उन्होंने one2all से यह भी कहा कि किसी ने कहा है “यदि आपको कल अंतिम सांस लेनी हो…” | इसको सुनते ही बहुत बड़ा झटका लगता है और काम करते रहने का जोश बढ़ जाता है |अपनों के साथ के बारे में वे बोले कि जब हम अपने सपनों को पूरा करने के बारे में सोचते हैं तो ज्यादातर या तो परिवार का पूरा साथ मिलता है या नहीं के बराबर मिलता है | उन्होंने अपने माता पिता से यह सीखा कि कोई भी काम बड़ा या छोटा नहीं होता, छोटी तो इंसान की सोच होती है | जीवन एक ही बार मिलता है और आप इसे कैसे व्यतीत करते हैं, यह आप पर निर्भर करता है | भुवनेश पिछले 3 वर्षों से माता पिता का  आशीर्वाद पाकर अपने सपनों को पूरा करने में लगे हैं |

वे चाहते हैं कि आने वाले समय में “पुकार” को पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए पहचान के साथ साथ स्थान भी मिले| वे विद्यार्थियों एवं युवाओं को इस कार्य के लिए प्रेरित कर उन्हें पर्यावरण के प्रति उनकी जिम्मेदारियां बताना चाहते हैं और इस क्षेत्र से जुड़ी नौकरियों और व्यवसायों में सहायता करना चाहते हैं | वे पेड़ लगाने की मुहीम को फैशन की तरह बनाना चाहते हैं क्योंकि पर्यावरण के लिए इससे बड़ा योगदान और कोई नहीं हो सकता | भुवनेश जल्दी ही शहर मे Gift A Plant की नई क्रांति के साथ आने को लगभग तैयार है साथ ही जल्दी वह अपनी सेवाएँ अलग अलग रूप मे आपके घर के या कॉलोनी के गार्डन के जरिये आप तक पहुचेगी।

Coffee With Shekhar, Founder – Apple Delight

Displaying IMG_9615.JPGChandra Shekhar Paliwal, known as Shekhar in business world in Udaipur was born on the 31st March 1977. He resides in his parental house in Chandpole, Udaipur. He calls his birth as an account opening which shows his humorous side, since 31st March happens to be financial closing day. A graduate and also holding diploma in Food Production from Food Crafts Institute in 1998, Udaipur, he loves to do the impossible.

Shekhar(one2all prefers to address him by his business name now) started Apple Delight to bring happiness to all with coffee and other delights, a venture at the age of 40. He is the whole-sole power behind Apple Delight, this place being his own baby in which he put in his very own ideas and concepts. He says his USP lies in great hospitality,friendly service and a “delightful’ menu.

On asking about the varieties in Apple Delight, we came to know that they serve a variety of coffee(both hot and cold), shakes and mocktails. Brown bread grilled sandwiches and thin crust pizza are also available. The entire range is vegetarian.

Shekhar informed one2all that his brother and friend Chef Vimal Dhar helps him frame ideas into shape. He gets inspired to convert his thoughts into menu and the guests are also a big source of inspiration for him.

Everyone has to face challenges while establishing business. For Shekhar starting a business at the age of 40 itself was a big challenge as he had left his well settled career and had to start everything from scratch. The biggest challenge was that he had no idea of a café business and a failure would have meant ‘the end’ of his entire future. Another very critical point was that he had chosen 2nd floor in Celebration Mall where water inlet and outlet was a major problem, along with this there was limitation of fireless cooking.

Displaying IMG_2670.JPGSince challenges can be overcome, we also asked him about how he managed to survive and he told us that Apple Delight just completed one year, a concept which normally may have had only 10 percent chances of success,and is now seeing increased popularity amongst coffee lovers in the town. Shekhar feels happy that people do mention his café while talking about coffee in town and it clearly shows that the place is becoming one of the happening places in the town.

Shekhar admits that starting Apple Delight was a big risk and he has put in lots of energy and efforts to make it popular among the public. He gives the credit to Lord Ganesha,his parents, friends, well-wishers and to the love and support of his wife to make his dream turn into reality. His daughter Dharmikaa is his role model and inspiration and he does things in different ways to make her feel proud of her father.

Shekhar says that you must never give up, put your plans to action rather than simply talking and have faith in God and your efforts will pay sooner or later. As per him, we should not copy others, instead create our own concepts. This is the biggest tip to success.

Shekhar’s life mantra is NEVER EVER GIVE UP.

He laughed while telling one2all about his crazy and weird ideas and also added that his family always supported those ideas, among whom his wife has been the greatest support for him. He also said that Facebook, Instagram, Zomato and TripAdvisor provide a very good assistance as online tools for promotion.

If you start any work, don’t stop till you finish it. Keep walking.

He plans to expand Apple Delight and even wishes to come back with BAKERY. His awards are the words of love and appreciation and blessings. Zomato and Trip Advisor have given him a good ranking and he also received an award of TOP PERFORMANCE STORE-CSR activity from management of Celebration Mall on 2nd July 2016 when the mall celebrated its 5th anniversary.

Three Addictions”-Journey of a young “Chaiwali” girl from Udaipur – Priya Sachdev

We all love tea, don’t we? Well, if you don’t, think again, go to the famous “Three Addictions” tea stall and you will start loving it after understanding the passion of a young girl to stand out in the crowd in her own simply unique way.

One2all brings you expressions from the heart of a 24 year old girl Priya Sachdev, Owner/Proprietor of the very famous and the most attention grabbing “Three Addictions”.

15218471_1222956994451232_357046017_nThis graduate in Commerce entered this world on 2nd February, a world which talks of gender equality but looks down upon long enough to break the will power not knowing that such a fire does not always melt or burn, it strengthens to a great extent, too.

She took us to the inner gallery of the reason behind the name “Three Addictions”. Priya calls them the basic three addictions which are tea, maggi and Wi-Fi which are the attractions of her “chai ki thadi”. Priya also said that her thadi is not a business for her, it is her passion and that point differentiates her from the rest of the crowd.

She feels proud to mention the name of her friend Sebi Mehta who stood with her through thick and thin, shoulder to shoulder, not leaving her side at all, in simple words her biggest support. Without her friend, she would not have been able to come this far, revealed Priya to One2all.

We initially thought that tea is tea, and it would be just a simple tea like we get at home with addition of something as per weather. But to our surprise, we were informed that she provided more than 20 varieties of tea and magi. Along with this coffee, sandwiches, buns and pasta are also an attraction here. To top it all, the free Wi-Fi access pulls in people from everywhere.

On hearing about our curiosity regarding her tea thadi, she gave us a reason which every common female faces and a reason so simple. She said she felt shy and embarrassed sipping tea and eating maggi noodles at thadis as passersby would give her a very curious look. This point stabbed her so much that she decided to do something about it .

She started with a stall in her colony. The people in the colony criticised her a lot and stood in opposition. Being strong headed, Priya did not give up and continued with her passion. The idea of a female putting up a chai ki thadi was not acceptable to the people. They even went to the extent of lodging a police complaint against her. But as the saying goes “God helps those who help themselves”, the police also supported her when they learnt of her ideas and reasons behind opening the tea-stall.

Now that the media is supporting her in a full-fledged way, wagging tongues have also stopped. She loves the way one can promote himself on facebook.

A message that she wants to give to the people,

“Work with complete passion and hardwork, with these two success will be at your feet.”

Priya has achieved the “Women Entrepreneur Award” and now she wishes to create a chain of women’s tea stalls. One2all wishes her all the best for her future plans.

When he shifted to Chennai with his family, he was only 4 years old. Annadurai was born in Thanjavur district in a small town called Peravurani. For 7 years now, he has been running this auto and doesn’t recall why he kept turning his auto into a tech world by adding things gradually. He simply wanted to do something different for people riding his auto. He gives free rides to teachers. As per him, everyone has been trained by teachers, so they deserve all the respect. On the lighter side of things, he prefers to give free rides to children on Children’s day, mothers on Mother’s day, fathers on Father’s day and even lovers on Valnetine’s day. Wow, what a thoughtful gesture!!

He has his own website and Facebook page and has appeared for 2 TED(technology, entertainment and design) talks and wants to bring in a lot of changes for the autovalas who, he feels, need to change as he finds them in the same old trend which seems very boring.

We were fascinated by all that we learnt about him and so here we are sharing this and we want everyone to read. Nikhilesh Tayal was born in Alwar and brought up in Udaipur. An entrepreneur by profession, he likes to do creative stuff and is highly intuitive. When something has to be done, it has to be done…anyhow. He started writing about his experiences, his entrepreneurial journey whatever he had learned till now. As luck would have it, it pulled in the people and they started appreciating what he wrote. So this way, he acquired a new skill of writing.

We wanted to know how he moved forward and what he would like the readers to understand to be successful in life. We got that “potion” from him saying “Follow your intuition, adaptability and patience”…words that need not be described any more for they are very very self explanatory.

His story has been similar to many others out there who come from middle class families, whose parents don’t understand the new trends like start-ups and entrepreneurship. Nikhilesh faced the same and initially got no support from his parents but then when they saw him happy on a later stage doing things his own way, they understood what he wanted.

Nikhilesh says to succeed in any business, you have to struggle for more than 7 years. Having plans of becoming the biggest name in digital video creation, he mentioned his 250+ clients as his awards along with increasing revenues.

I-M-POSSIBLE, One Of The Youngest App Developer Of India – DAKSH AGRAWAL, Pride of Udaipur

Daksh Agrawal, creator of the Tiny Android app that takes care of common expenses and bills, is a name that almost everyone in the town is mentioning every now and then. And why not? This little kid designed an app with features that didn’t cross our minds at all or maybe they did but went ignored. Daksh is only 13 years old . Born on 26th May 2003, he is presently a student of VIII standard in St. Pauls School, from the city none than the beautiful city of lakes,Udaipur.

One2all had the opportunity of exploring the details about what lies in the mind of this little genius who very brightly declared that he has been tinkering with computers since long with the zeal to learn. Learning has been his passion which became a hobby which is looked forward to by all parents. Daksh is just like any other child who is attracted to mobile games and computers.

We were really curious as to what inspired this genius brain to develop the app “My Share” and we got to know something really interesting. What Daksh revealed left us awestruck. As per him, a trip to Goa became his inspiration to develop this app that keeps record of the common expenses occurred in day to day life…expenses that can confuse anyone since we do not actually note them down, especially when on a leisure trip as this is one point which slips our minds being too excited on a holiday.

But the journey till here was not easy, Daksh reminisced. It was a big challenge for him as he had no one else’s support other than his parents. He had no technical guidance without which the entire thought process seemed difficult. A net savvy child, like anyone else, he started surfing a variety of blogs and articles to find the minute details needed in developing the application. He went through a tedious task of learning various programming languages like Java, Xml, Html as the application he wanted to make could be done only through Android. Daksh said that all this was extremely exhausting but he was determined to learn all for which his Father came as a big support by getting him books of basic java. The next challenge here was learning this tough language without any teacher.

In his words, “I had to complete the first step-display “Hello world” on my screen by simple coding but it took me approximate 3 days to complete this first step itself.”

With every step that he learnt, he could overcome a lot of hurdles and thus his confidence kept increasing. By reading books, watching Youtube and by surfing a lot of blogs, Daksh was finally able to be learn Java. Then came another tough task of making Android app for which he had to search for the particular programme where he could develop this android app. It became very frustrating for him as with every step he would realise that something was going wrong somewhere. He had to go back to the starting point and finally after a lot of errors corrected, he could find solutions to his problems. Launching this app on the Google play store took too much of his time as he had to make sure that all the standards of Google were clearly met.

Daksh emphasises on the qualities of hard work and perseverance along with logical conclusion as without these you cannot go forward. Having an idea and working on it are two different things, so if you possess these qualities nothing can stop you.  He says that you should take help of online services like blogs, you-tube and e-books(which he did) because these help you through videos and content to a great extent. His failure has been his driving force. He wishes to tell everyone that not all can be masters in every field, but if you want to be successful you have to leave your inhibitions and hold on to the strong and positive points. Never pay heed when people try to break your confidence by declaring that you aren’t fit to do something. Daksh believes that when you really want to do something, you will find a way.

His life mantra is inspired by Napoleon Bonaparte who said “The word impossible is in the dictionary of fools”. He is thankful for the love and support he got from his family members who helped in developing his confidence to the extreme. As of now he doesn’t know enough about business but he understands that any business needs too much of hard work.

At this young age with such a brilliant mind, Daksh has started learning website programming as he wishes to develop more apps which can help people in solving day to day problems. His mind is full of ideas and he has already started his homework on them.

Confident of the fact that he has many awards and recognition waiting for him, Daksh believes that every child with an innovative mind should be appreciated as that propels him to walk beyond all hindrances.
