23rd May 2015, Udaipur’s pizza lovers were in for a surprise when Rahul Veerwal decided to tickle their taste buds with a different style of the meal called “Live Unlimited Buffet of Pizza meal” with his partner and cousin brother Gitesh Bansiwal.
Born on 1st September 1992, Rahul polished his education with B.Com, MBA in Finance, Company Secretary(Final) and also LLB.
Pizza burst offers a meal which starts from two types of soups, 28 types of starters, 3 types of Pizza, Panini sandwich, cheese garlic bread, cold drink and last but not the least is the brownie with ice-cream…all this at only 140/-(Whoa!! That’s really heavy for such a light cost). They also have “Cone pizza” which looks like an ice-cream cone and also a double layered pizza.
Rahul says his strength lies in his hard work, self-motivation and dedication towards his work. “Never neglect an opportunity for improvement” is the ethic followed by him.
Pizza burst also has lots of new and innovative ‘A La Carte’ options. The focus as of now is on giving franchisees. Pizza burst already has 5 outlets, 2 of which are in Udaipur and 1 each in Indore, Lucknow and Nagpur is in the process of finalizing.

pizza1 Rahul’s inspiration lies in “Chase the vision, not the money, money will end up following you”. He plans to open 10 more outlets in India by the end of 2017. He derives inspiration from the Late APJ Abdul Kalam and Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani. He follows the 3 D’s for success DREAM, DECIDE, And DO. If you have a dream you need to decide to follow it and ultimately put it into action. He gives credit to Facebook among all other social media platforms for the expansion of business.

Born and brought up in Mumbai, Pooja Shah Gandhi after her post graduation got married in Udaipur. Udaipur and One2all feel proud to have such a ‘chocolaty’ personality.
Making chocolates was her hobby and she doesn’t remember how and when it turned into a business aspect for her. Pooja gives the credit of her business capabilities to her Father-in-law who inspired her to start her business along with studies. She believes he is blessing her with her every step even from the Almighty’s home. The great man is behind the name “Choki-Moki” which was launched on 27th July 2015. Her husband along with her entire family are actively involved in flourishing this chocolate business. Her aim is to provide good quality chocolate with a variety of flavours in various forms like designer chocolates and choco bouquets and even lots more.

Pooja’s sense of humor is displayed by her belief that “You can’t buy happiness, but you can certainly buy chocolates which do make you happy”. She says that there is a lot of gap in the gifting industry. People take a gift as a product, whereas gifts showcase a person’s feelings. Gifts cannot be in one size to fit all types of things. That is the main reason that at Choki-Moki, they create personalized chocolates to fit every occasion so as to highlight the feelings of the same. Her clients’ feedbacks inspire her towards innovation.
Being a native of Mumbai, Udaipur was a completely new place for her. Hence the challenge of finding customers for the start-up business was a big task. She credits her strength for dealing with these tough situations to her family. Her quote: Eiffel tower was not made in a day, similarly growing business also takes time.

Her modesty comes clear in saying that she is too young to give any advice to people but her message to the young and budding entrepreneurs is “Do not wait for the right time to line up your dreams because that right time never comes and every time is a right time.We should keep learning from failures and take all possible relevant steps to be successful”.
In future, she wishes to provide chocolates at PAN India level. She has also received “Arvana Queens’s Award 2016” “Face of Mewar” by Dainik Bhaskar 2016, “Super Brands Chingari Award, Super Woman of Udaipur 2017” .

Challenges
Dr. Somani says that tackling the students in today’s times which is referred to as the Quick Response Age and raising them ethnically well is the biggest challenge that he faces but handles well due to God’s grace. He also says that parents are the second biggest challenge as they are extra vigilant because of easy inflow of information on net. The third, yet not the least, is the challenge posed by blocking the autonomy of functioning a school or any educational organisation. Facing all these, he says, he had to be quick enough to solve the problems for which he developed a child-centric system in the school. According to him, if you are able to solve a child’s problems you automatically solve the problems of the parents making things easy for the academic staff.
Dr. Somani is instrumental in leveraging the strengths of his school by fetching it more in terms of knowledge, experience and keeping the students abreast with the latest and the new.

भुवनेश ओझा एक ऐसा नाम है जिसे उदयपुर शहर में अब हर कोई पुकारवाला के नाम से जानता है, 21 अप्रैल 1995 को जन्में विज्ञान में स्नातक इस महान युवक ने हर रविवार को पौधारोपण करने की शपथ ले रखी है। “पुकार” नामक संस्था चलाने वाले भुवनेश ओझा ने मोहल्ले के 5 बच्चों के साथ मिलकर इस संस्था की स्थापना 10 मार्च 2013 को करी थी | 10 नवम्बर 2013 से हर रविवार पौधारोपण करते हुए 150 रविवारों का लक्ष्य पूरा करने की ओर अग्रसर इनकी संस्था पार्कों में पौधारोपण करने में हर रविवार को तन-मन से लग जाती है | जिस उम्र मे अक्सर कॉलेज के लड़के फूलों के गुलदस्ते देने के लिए नए मित्रों को खोजते है यह इंसान इसी उम्र मे पौधा लगाने के जमीन खोजता नजर आता है, कॉलोनी के बच्चों को शामिल करने की मुहिम के चलते कई बार बच्चों के अभिभावकों का गुस्सा भी झेलना पड़ा लेकिन साहब, जनाब ने हिम्मत नहीं हारी ।

आयुर्वेदिक और अरावली पर्वतों की वृक्ष श्रंखला पर विशेष ध्यान देते हुते “पुकार” सभी नागरिकों को प्रकृति के संरक्षण का सन्देश देने के लिए प्रयासरत है |भुवनेश का मानना है कि पर्यावरण की इस दयनीय स्थिति के ज़िम्मेदार हम सभी नागरिक हैं | नागरिक पर्यावरण संरक्षण से दूर होते जा रहे हैं और जैव विविधता पर मंडराते खतरे के लिए कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाये जा रहे हैं, इसी बात से प्रेरित होकर यह संस्था बनाई गई जिससे कि इस ओर कदम उठाकर सभी को प्रेरित किया जा सके |

कुछ बातें सभी के लिए बहुत चैलेंजिंग होती हैं | भुवनेश का कहना है कि उन्होंने भी ऐसे पलों का सामना किया | 18 वर्ष की आयु में उन्होंने कोटा से IIT की तय्यारी करी और फिर अपने शहर उदयपुर में ही वे अपने सपनों को साकार करना चाहते थे | इस समय सभी उनके खिलाफ थे और उन्हें समझाने में जुटे थे क्योंकि यह एक बहुत बड़ा कदम था | सबकी बातें सुनने के बाद भी उन्हें अपने अन्दर एक कमी खल रही थी और इसलिए काफी जद्दोजहद के बाद वे अपने सपनों को पूरा करने के प्रयास में जुट गए |

कठिनाईयां भी आई क्योंकि युवा विद्यार्थियों के साथ काम करने में सबसे पहली मुश्किल पैसे की आती है | फिर कार्य को प्रारम्भ करने में कई फैसले लेने होते हैं जिनमें काफी असमंजस की स्थितियां कार्य में रुकावट डालती हैं | इस स्थिति में दृढ़ निश्चय ही काम आता है | अपने इस कार्य को सफल बनाने के लिए कार्यों को टीम बनाकर बांटा गया और सभी ने अपनी अपनी जिम्मेदारी के हिसाब से कार्य करना प्रारम्भ किया |

भुवनेश के हिसाब से तीन ख़ास बातें हैं जो सफलता के लिए आवश्यक हैं |

सपनों और वास्तविकता के बीच के अंतर का पता पूर्ण रूप से हो, जुनून, जज़्बा और लगातार सपनों पर टिके रहने का कौशल होना चाहिए और धैर्य रखना अति आवश्यक है |

उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया को सही तरीके से इस्तेमाल करने पर भी जोर दिया क्योंकि आजकल मीडिया के माध्यम से आप अपने कार्य को जनता तक पहुंचा सकते हो |भुवनेश के प्रेरणा स्रोत “पीपल बाबा” हैं जो कि दिल्ली के पर्यावरणविद हैं और पिछले 40 वर्षों से लगातार पौधारोपण का कार्य कर रहे हैं |

सफलता के स्रोत समझाते हुए भुवनेश ने दिल को छूने वाली बात कही “अगर आपका कल ही अंतिम दिन हो, तो आप क्या करेंगे ? अपने सपनों को हकीकत बनाने के लिए आज ही उठें और सफल होने के बाद अपने परिवार,समाज और जड़ों को कभी ना भूलें, जहां से आपने चलना, खाना व दौड़ना सीखा है क्योंकि आपकी इसको सबसे ज्यादा जरूरत है”

उन्होंने one2all से यह भी कहा कि किसी ने कहा है “यदि आपको कल अंतिम सांस लेनी हो…” | इसको सुनते ही बहुत बड़ा झटका लगता है और काम करते रहने का जोश बढ़ जाता है |अपनों के साथ के बारे में वे बोले कि जब हम अपने सपनों को पूरा करने के बारे में सोचते हैं तो ज्यादातर या तो परिवार का पूरा साथ मिलता है या नहीं के बराबर मिलता है | उन्होंने अपने माता पिता से यह सीखा कि कोई भी काम बड़ा या छोटा नहीं होता, छोटी तो इंसान की सोच होती है | जीवन एक ही बार मिलता है और आप इसे कैसे व्यतीत करते हैं, यह आप पर निर्भर करता है | भुवनेश पिछले 3 वर्षों से माता पिता का आशीर्वाद पाकर अपने सपनों को पूरा करने में लगे हैं |

वे चाहते हैं कि आने वाले समय में “पुकार” को पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए पहचान के साथ साथ स्थान भी मिले| वे विद्यार्थियों एवं युवाओं को इस कार्य के लिए प्रेरित कर उन्हें पर्यावरण के प्रति उनकी जिम्मेदारियां बताना चाहते हैं और इस क्षेत्र से जुड़ी नौकरियों और व्यवसायों में सहायता करना चाहते हैं | वे पेड़ लगाने की मुहीम को फैशन की तरह बनाना चाहते हैं क्योंकि पर्यावरण के लिए इससे बड़ा योगदान और कोई नहीं हो सकता | भुवनेश जल्दी ही शहर मे Gift A Plant की नई क्रांति के साथ आने को लगभग तैयार है साथ ही जल्दी वह अपनी सेवाएँ अलग अलग रूप मे आपके घर के या कॉलोनी के गार्डन के जरिये आप तक पहुचेगी।

Mrs. Agarwal believes that challenges are part of life’s journey and she accepted them as opportunities to learn something new. She was never and will never feel daunted by challenges.

Her story of challenges goes this way:

When I started IMS Udaipur, my husband was in job & was posted outside Udaipur. My husband and I have been married for 17 years. We have two kids a son & a daughter. Every day I have to make a decision about whether I am going to be a wife, a mother, or director of my group… in fact many times during the day I have to make these decisions. My observation is that the biological clock and the career clock are in total conflict with each other…a complete conflict. Being a Woman, things were quite challenging & tough for me. I would like to share one special day when I was totally screwed up… My son is 15 years old & daughter 10 years, both are studying in different schools & last time they had parents meet on the same day same time & both of them wanted me to attend that meet & the worst part was that the same day my office staff was also on leave. The distance between their schools is approx 10 kms…so to manage all three at same time I became superwoman that day & somehow managed to do justice with all three. I think personal challenges were tougher for me rather than my professional challenges.

“WHERE THERE IS WILL, THERE IS A WAY” going by which she believes in delegation and takes help and support from her extended family and friends. She also believes in the need of a team as they help you fulfil a great vision and she provides the feeling of oneness and treats her team as a family.

She also has a practical side to life. Agreeing that women face a lot of challenges while on the path of entrepreneurship, she says that the world is full of opportunities for anyone who believes in himself. So to be a successful entrepreneur, both men and women need to have the determination to overcome all those challenges. To this she adds for all that the key to any work lies in starting. The important part is to start with what little you have from wherever you are and just the way you are. The biggest mistake is to believe you need to wait for some other external event to occur before you can begin working on your dream. Never wait for the right time or money or someone to help you out or partner with you. Don’t even wait for gaining more experience or confidence, just start.

She emphasises on the need of Patience, Perseverance and Positive mindset( all with capital P) to be successful in life. You have to have courage and positive mindset where positive mindest is the key. You need to prove yourself at every point of time. With courage and hardwork, Mrs Agarwal has been able to manage both. She gives a message that one should not be afraid of mistakes. Your positive attitude and perseverance sees you through difficult times. If you are not self driven, you will give up very easily, so even if you face criticism your belief in yourself is your biggest strength. You must always enjoy all the hardships that you face.

Mrs. Neelkamal Agarwal’s family has been supportive of her journey of IMS. In case she feels stressed, she dances to her heart’s content which gives adrenaline rush in her body, releases all toxins and fills her with a positive energy.

Her advice for anyone indulging in business is to check whether the product you wish to launch will make any difference in the society else she recommends on revamping it.

In future she wishes to be in Forbes magazine. She has already received the “Arvana Budding Businesswomen” award and IMS has been awarded as the best centre.

She is a voracious reader. The books she loves are “Connecting the Dots” by Rashmi Bansal as it motivates her in tough times and also “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki as it teaches people what needs to be taught to the kids about money for their future financial success.

She wants to bring some change in the society. “All of us are brought up in an environment where woman is the centre of society though she never thinks about herself. She just believes in giving which in the long run and during her old age gives her the feeling of being a victim and a sufferer.” With this Mrs. Agarwal’s request to the society is to let the woman live and rule her own life and not criticise her. Give the same love and flexibility to the daughter-in-law as you would give to your daughter and give her what you expect from her.

Meet Vaibhav Chouhan, Founder – Zigsaw (The tool that creates a path for employment)

zigsaw-consultancy3 Employment has become a tough task. Even with the growth of companies and the level of education going higher and higher, finding a job drains entire energy. Vaibhav Chauhan came to aid with his recruitment agency by the name Zigsaw in our very own city of Udaipur. Born on 9^th October 1990 he did his schooling from St. Anthony’s and holds an engineer’s degree. He describes himself as HR by choice who worked in TATA Power for 3 years with one year in Learning and Development. He started Zigsaw in October 2015.

He says his work pattern differs from the regular recruitment companies. Until now his city mates were paying to get a job, but now with his company in function they get paid when they refer their friends for jobs.

While talking about the establishment he said that the company started working on Test Algorithm in summer of 2013. 18 months into R&D, they realised the need to focus on the acceptability of the product and decided to start work on recruitment.

The company is a recruitment service which helps companies get talented employees and help job seekers get an employment of their choice. Zigsaw is a recruitment product which connects job seekers and job providers on an open platform. The portal is an open portal unlike others. With the recruitment applications like OTG that improve recruiter efficiency by 800%, Zigsaw plans to continuously innovate across recruitment process and make things much simpler for job seekers and providers both. They also envision gamification of recruitment process.

As for the inspiration behind his venture, Vaibhav commented that he had started working on Test Algorithm in April 2013 and was looking for a technical co-founder. Despite the fact that many were there, he was not able to connect with even one. This incident pushed the company to focus on the application of test algorithm than the problem itself.

Similar to a lot of other start-ups , Vaibhav also faced a lot of problems and also felt like quitting. But those tough times made him go further. He says “What you do in the tough moments determines how far you wil go.” That definitely is an inspirational thought.

He puts forward the qualities of perseverance, passion and accepting technology as an enabler. Since apps and online services do play an important role, Vaibhav suggests Microsoft Excel and google spreadsheet which enable sharing of documents.

The live inspiration for him is Mr. Arun Singhal,Faculty and Career Service Advisor at IIM, Udaipur with whom he has discussed ideas and gained insights for analysing plans and developing through them.

Perseverance is the most important success tool. It is more important than skill, ability and networking, opines Vaibhav. He quotes Albert Einstein “IT IS NOT THAT I AM SMART, IT IS JUST THAT I STAY WITH PROBLEMS LONGER”.

Vaibhav also poured out his love and respect for his family who supported him throughout his journey till date. His L&D(HR Dept) role from Tata power would have made people assume otherwise, he said.

His positive approach reflected a lot when we asked him about the points to be thought about before jumping into any business. His words ‘Would you do if there was no money involved? Would you do it if you were to do it as a hobby? If the answer is YES, go for it’… and he said it all.

His plans are to become the largest communication channel for all job seekers and providers envisioning 5000 jobs and 50000 job seekers by June 2017. He wishes to bring the concept of gamification to recruitment in the next 2 years. Vaibhav quoted a scene from the movie Troy where Brad Pitt is leading a boat attack on Troy and there is one soldier asking him what he sees ahead. Brad says Immortality.

Achievement – February end 2016, Zigsaw started focussing on Udaipur recruitment ecosystem. Now a facebook group has been built by the name “Jobs in Udaipur(by Zigsaw)” having 22000 members sharing 5 jobs on daily basis. His heart fills up with pride as this group was created from scratch in 9 months.

So many things can make you go drooling. Talk of food, especially to those who simply love the thought of it just anytime, and all senses go alert. Let us see what Rajat Mogra said to one2all about this.

img_20160522_212026 Born on 14^th October 1991 in Udaipur, Rajat after finishing school from Dungarpur headed to GITS, Udaipur for his graduation. He loves food and calls himself a hardcore foodie and is all set to turn his passion into profession. Besides food, his other interests are photography where he loves to capture anything that shouts “food”. Presently moving around as a freelance photographer and Food Blogger, Rajat spared minutes and allowed one2all to take a look into his life. Since he loves to click, he named his blog as Spoon”N”Snap and feels good to inform that he is the one and only in multitasking style where he is doing things like blogging, cooking, making photography projects and also making DIY food videos. He is also about to come up with unique foodie things for which he is collaborating with the young entrepreneurs of the town.

Spoon”N”Snap is a food and photography blog currently working on various projects with respect to photography. Some youtube channels about food tips and tricks have also been started. On these channels, Quick DIY videos and some of the best places to eat in Udaipur have also been shared very specifically for new people in town.

His inspiration is his own passion and believes that presentation of the food also matters a lot. Since he loves eating new things every day, he started blogging. He loves to present the food in a beautiful appealing manner and also clicks photographs of the platters. Clients get attracted to the good presentation on media, hence he tries to give beauty to the food every time.

His most challenging part comes through him this way,

“If you are walking alone, it’s difficult to cover a long distance in your journey but if you have support and encouragement of your family & friends you will definitely remove the word “impossible” from your life. As I started food blogging & photography, there are so many players ruling in the same market who discouraged me for short period of time. But to overcome from this kind of situations in life, everyone needs self-motivation to do something different from others. I believe if you give quality work, everyone will appreciate you for your work.”

When we asked him about the three qualities that an individual needs to have, he spoke with a modesty saying he wasn’t experienced enough to answer the question and simply said that you must do what you love to do and also do what other’s don’t do. He also added that we must never kill our passion because that is what keeps us alive.

His work is based on Facebook, Instagram,Twitter and Youtube. Rajat uses Nikon camera for his photography and videography and also uses applications like photoshop, Nikon editing tool, Video show and video editor.

There are 2 people who inspire him. Mr.Shekhar, owner of AppleDelight who has shown immense trust in him and gave him the first photography work of his life. He also feels creative and productive with his support.

The second person is Dr.Gaurav Sharma,an entrepreneur with e-commerce business who also taught him a lot about photography. Rajat says he learns a lot from Dr.Gaurav all the time and discusses things to make the clicks more attractive.

Modesty speaks again as he says that once he is a successful person, he will definitely give “tips on success”. He genuinely added that you must always follow your passion and never let it die because you get opportunities to benefit from it. “Everything takes time but passion needs to be chased” is his mantra. His advice is not to lose hope in any situation, instead, try to overcome your difficulties because they make you stronger every time.

He gives credit for his passion for his family as they have always supported him and encouraged him at every step. His message to his friends is that the ups and downs of life should not be ignored as when you want to start something, your own unique style, creativity and innovation are the most important aspects that keep you going ahead.

Rajat has plans to organize some food events with the blogging sites of Udaipur so that all food lovers can enjoy the mouth-watering dishes.
